Our local Certified Interpretive Guides will share their first-hand experience and take you to hidden gems. You’ll see the full length of the South Rim with breathtaking Grand Canyon views that change with the weather and time of day to ensure you never see the same sights twice.
Our exclusive Pink® Jeep® Wrangler will whisk you past the typical stops up Desert View Drive, not available to buses or shuttles. During your journey, you’ll hear stories of the Native Americans who used to inhabit the surrounding area. Feel free to ask any questions that come to mind; your guide will happily tailor the tour to your interests.
At Navajo Point, gaze upon the Big Bend area and see the Colorado River twist and turn. At 7,500 feet in elevation, you’ll be at the highest natural point on the South Rim. Peer into the canyon to spy trails and buttes as your guide explains their significance. Early risers will be treated to desert colors that glow brightly over the sweeping vistas.
Your next stop at Lipan Point will offer more expansive views of the canyon than any other area on the South Rim. If you’re looking for a tranquil moment to reflect, linger here while overlooking Vishnu Schist. This formation is home to rocks over 1 billion years old, making this the most ancient geology at the Grand Canyon. Hance Rapids churn below, and Seventy Five Mile Creek runs its long course. Be sure to capture photos of the towering rock spires and temples against a broad expanse of sky.
During your visit to the Desert View Watchtower, you might be surprised to learn how young this structure is. The iconic stone tower was designed to reflect ancient Native American examples by an influential female architect. It is the perfect place to rest and reflect. Ask your guide about the history of its construction and murals. Climb to the top to take in Painted Desert views that stretch 100 miles.
Your guide will point out the Sinking Ship on the horizon and the Hakatai Rapids below. Take plenty of photos and hear stories about the historical figure who gave this point its name.
The IMAX experience included in your tour will bring the canyon to life. See aerial views of untamed places, and learn about the discovery and exploration of the area in the film Grand Canyon: The Hidden Secrets.
Your tour price includes the IMAX film and park admission fees.

Sam did an excellent job of keeping three teenage boys engaged. His wealth of information was impressive.
The tour was brilliant and I cannot think how it could be improved.
It was great. In just 3 short hours we got a great peek at the wonders of the Grand Canyon. It also greatly helped us plan the rest of our day in the area.
Best way to get an overview of the Grand Canyon. The 3 hour tour was just right, and our guide Sam made the trip fun and memorable.
It was fun and informative. Mark was wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive!
The tour was amazing, and our tour guide was outstanding. He was a great storyteller and extremely well spoken and educated about every aspect of the Grand Canyon and all our vantage points/destinations.
It was great. Our son had some likely food poisoning the night before and was still recovering so he was not in great condition (tired and still a little off) so we had to cut the tour a little short, but rich made the portion we participated in excellent and very memorable. He was not only knowledgeable but his excitement and love for the canyon was palpable. He also was very concerned about our son when he started feeling less well and did all he could to help.
It was a really great experience-- Lucy helped us capture the memories with amazing photos! She was fun & informed! It was just too short-- the Grand Canyon is breathtaking and you need another hour!
It was educational, fun & exciting.
