The Grand Canyon’s Finest Finale
Take part in a special evening adventure. Our Certified Interpretive Guides will share first-hand knowledge of the Grand Canyon’s unique landscape, and take you to remote viewpoints along the South and East Rims. Witness Mother Nature’s ultimate grand finale—the dramatic colors of the Southwest at sunset.
You’ll ride in one of our custom-built Pink® Jeep® Wranglers. With no barrier between you and the high desert, this is the perfect way to experience open views and evening breezes.
The first stop is at Pipe Creek Vista, where you will stare down a beautifully colored side canyon that carves its way into the greater whole of the Grand Canyon. From here, look out to see Vishnu Schist—the oldest rocks at the Grand Canyon. These dark layers are estimated to be over 1 billion years old. You’ll also see Hance Rapids, some of the most violent whitewater on the Colorado River. In the distance lies the Unkar Delta, where the river meets a creek to form forceful rapids and fertile land where ancient Pueblo people once cultivated crops. You’ll be awestruck by the towering rock spires, and find a spiritual moment to breathe in the quiet beauty.
Continue on to Navajo Point. At around 7,500 feet, this overlook is the highest point on the South Rim. You’ll see where the Colorado River makes a “big bend” and veers in a new direction. The blue of the sky contrasts with the vivid reds and oranges of the canyon walls to create ideal photo ops.
Your guide has a deep knowledge of the Grand Canyon, as well as the native people who have lived here for centuries. You’ll hear forgotten tales from different points of view and learn how some natural landmarks were named. Examples include Sinking Ship rock formation and Moran Point, which gets its name from a little-known figure in history.
Soon you’ll visit the Desert View Watchtower. An influential female architect carefully planned this 70-foot stone tower in 1932. It offers a place to sit and reflect upon views of the Painted Desert and the surrounding 100 miles. Your tour’s grand finale happens at Lipan Point, as the sun descends behind the cliffs and the desert begins to glow.
Your tour includes a trip to the nearby IMAX Theater where you’ll see Grand Canyon: The Hidden Secrets, a timeless film presented on a six-story screen. You’ll get a history lesson about the explorers of yesteryear, and experience wild places that few have seen.
Your tour price includes park admission fees so you can focus on making memories.

Fantastic! Sam was terrific.
Very educational. Captivated interest
We loved it. I got the impression that we could have stayed longer at one place over another if needed. Our guide made us feel like we were special.
Perfect and suited to adults as well as the small children ( non English speaking) on our tour.
For a once or twice in a lifetime trip to the South Rim, the money spent on our tour allowed me to ignore traffic, relax with my family and get my cameras set up for the next amazing photo stop.
It was the most fun tour my family has done. Karla was very knowledgeable and fun. My daughter fell in love with her. If we come to the Grand Canyon again we would definitely look at the other tours that you provide.
We can't say enough positive things about Rene. She was so knowledgable about the history of the park, the area, the wildlife, flora and fauna, and other interesting pieces of information. We had never been to the Grand Canyon or even Arizona before so this tour was a perfect introduction for us. She really made the tour and was incredibly committed to making sure that we were enjoying ourselves, were comfortable, and that all our questions were answered. Thank you again Rene! We will not forget what a wonderful time we had and we plan to bring back other family members in the future! Please pass this message onto Rene and let her know how much we appreciated her hospitality and knowledgeability.
Lefucational and overall Life changing experience
We would recommend this tour to anyone. Karla was wonderful and took some great pictures of this gorgeous evening! We also made new friends along the way. Thank you!!
In a word, FANTASTIC!! Very informative, educational, entertaining, and fun, while taking us places we would have never been able to find on our own.
