Loved that the route out and back were different (a loop vs the same route). Alan was an amazing tour guide, the way he delivered historical, geographical and interesting tips and facts in such an engaging way; he was a true story teller, not just a repeater of memorized factoids. He was the BEST and made the day so memorable! This was my husband's first visit to the GC, and we both enjoyed the day VERY MUCH!

When you’re waiting outside 30 min prior to….. and then still waiting for the tour to start I was expecting to be on time or closer to. The tour guide didn’t get us until 12:08. I only know that bc I have two small kids and they kept asking and asking. And then by the time we got in and in the car seat it didn’t take off from the lot until well after 12!! Not sure why we’d need to be there so early if we’re just sitting outside and some people in the sun!

Our family had an incredible experience on our Pink Jeep off-roading adventure, and Don made it absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we met him, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to share the experience with us. Don was incredibly knowledgeable and provided so much interesting information throughout the tour, making it both fun and educational. He was attentive to every detail, offering cold water and refreshing cool towels, which were especially appreciated during the ride. His hospitality truly went above and beyond. What stood out most was how friendly and personable he was. He made everyone feel comfortable, kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable, and was happy to stop and take photos for our family so we could simply enjoy the experience together and come home with wonderful memories. The open-top Jeep ride itself was amazing, but Don’s kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm are what made the tour so special. The tour was fantastic. It was wonderful to look around without having to drive and could be more focused on sight seeing. My husband and I enjoyed learning about the local history. Our tour guide did an excellent job at teaching us all about Gatlinburg and the great Smoky mountains. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to make sure we got great photos and even a great view of a bear. He made sure everyone was comfortable and we all had the best time. As off road people ourselves, we fully enjoyed the off road part of the tour as well. We had a blast, PJ is the best!

Our tour was so fun and educational and genuinely worth every penny. My husband and i have visited the grand canyon once each as kids and have come back as adults to bring our kids- this tour made it a hundred times more enjoyable than our memories provide!

It was fine. I enjoyed it. We had bad weather for a sunset, but the guide tried as best as she could to make it worth it. I would have liked a few more stops, but the main road didn’t seem to have many other places, so it was fine.
