The pink Jeep tour was great! PJ was the best tour guide ever! He was super knowledgeable and nice to everyone on the tour and would help everyone off the jeep! He took amazing pictures of the couples on the tour! He built an amazing off roading experience! Also Penny and some others helped with it and I think it makes the experience more adventurous compared to the older model! He was funny and kind to those who were not on the tour! When we stopped off at different places PJ would say “Hey how are we doing today” which showed how much he cared not only about his tour group but the tourists enjoying the places we went too as well! People like PJ deserve to be shouted out which is why I am filling out this survey! My group and I had a great time! PJ was funny and gave out great recommendations on where to go in Gatlinburg and we went the next day and he was absolutely correct! I hope who ever is reading this can get a glimpse of how fantastic our pink jeep tour experience was on 2/14/26 ! PJ had a lot to do with it! If this survey is for his annual review he should DEFINITELY get a raise!!! Hopefully someday we come back to gatlinburg and if that’s the case we will make sure we get PJ or Penny because they have done a remarkable job giving fabulous Pink Jeep Tours and seem like very dedicated employees and continue to make the company have a great reputation when it comes to the tour guide experience!

The speaker system in the Jeep was not loud enough and very muffled. Could not hear what Jack was saying. If he didn't pull over it was difficult to hear him. I LOVED the wagon wheel marks he showed us on the ground. More of that kind of real history stuff is very interesting to me.

It as at least 15-20 minutes late waiting on the driver He talked more about himself and the houses he and his wife built than the Grand Canyon . Our other group had a 3 hour tour and a great guide and learned a tremendous amount from him about the Grand Canyon .

Such a fun time, very educational, I learned so much about Branson, and I thought I knew everything there was to know, I've been coming here for 47 years! We also loved the off road part, so much fun and such a surprise for us. My Family thought I was the best vacation planner for booking this tour, we all had a blast! I already said this in a previous box. I had done a Pink Jeep tour in Sedona that was a lot of fun but was more off-road than this one. I didn’t really know what to expect in this case and the idea of hanging off the side of the Grand Canyon is more than I can handle, so we opted for a tamer tour. Unfortunately, this one was pretty boring
