The tour was perfect for myself and my 3 kiddos, ages 11, 7, and 3. They all absolutely loved the tour. My 7 and 3 year old enjoyed the off road bumping around, seated in the back. My 11 year old and myself enjoyed hearing Marina tell us about the history of the area. Marina was an absolutely amazing guide, tailoring her guide knowledge to each of our own interests, making sure to keep it family friendly for my sensitive littles. She took so many pictures of our family, which felt really nice! I really appreciate her desire to also get to know us on a personal level and being open to sharing about her own personal life. That made the tour feel more personable and intimate! I also loved hearing about some of the training it took for her to become a guide. I love supporting Eco-friendly and sustainable companies so I felt happy and pleasantly surprised to hear that pink jeep tours replaces the red dirt after washing their jeeps!

Amazing tour! We got to see so much of The Smokey Mountains. My kids loved every minute of it. Our tour guide Stella was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and just nice to talk to. The route was not acceptable for a tour. We have taken multiple PJ tours in the past and they have always been great. This tour did not include what was described. It was a single uncomfortable ride up and back one road. We did not have any chance to explore or take pictures. The views and scenery were no different than what is seen from paved roads. Three of our five group members felt unwell after the tour, as we spent 2 hours on an uncomfortable road way without sufficient pauses. The guide was nice and knew the history. He tried to be entertaining but did not provide any changes from the direct route to add to the experience (No photos with the jeep, no guided exploration on foot, etc. ) like we have had on past PJ tours.

Without the guide, Jeff, who was very aware of my grand daughter feeling slightly uneasy at times, it may have not been fun for her, but he helped her find some rocks, and he made the trip fun. The tour was not quite what we thought …. No water crossings, as you advertise… I thought it would have been more of an adventure in the timbers… like trail riding a horse. I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Branson and have an outback adventure. You most definitely have the guide to do it??

You start getting picked up at a valet hotel parking. Mr. Jack will get out the jeep and introduce himself to you and your party. He is very personable and makes sure to get everyone’s name, not just the person who made the reservation. Once we got to the Red Rock Canyon we were able to visit the gift shop and informative center. After the shop, we were taken through the 13 mile tour. It’s so great you have to go and see yourself! One of the best parts was the off roading part. You are taken to a spot only 1% of visitors of the Red Rock are able to get to. If you’re thinking about the tour, do it!

The tour was an adventure of a lifetime! We are Jeep fans ad have three at home 2 Wranglers and a Grand Cherokee. As you can imagine getting to tour the Grand Canyon in a Jeep is amazing! I would definitely recommend Richard Granberg as the tour guide. He was amazing. We have been on unrelated tour at different place but Rich tops them all. He was fun, personable, educative and kind. After this tour we are very excited to go on a Branson tour!

We loved Michelle’s warm, personable demeanor and her impressive knowledge of the local flora and fauna. She knew that seeing wildlife was important to us, and when she heard that two bull elk had been spotted nearby, she actually came to find us as we were finishing our visit at Desert View Watchtower so she could take us to see them. That extra effort was very much appreciated! She also took us to a special spot where we could look for little splinters of turquoise, which was such a fun and unexpected addition to the experience.
