Our guide appeared to be new on the job. It was a dry, informative tour. There was no entertainment in terms of stories, humor, jokes, or added personality to make the tour more interesting and engaging. On other tours we have taken, it's the tour guide that really makes all the difference.

Our Pink Jeep Tour the best tour we’ve ever taken! Terry was the best tour guide we could’ve ever asked for - he answered all questions we had, was incredibly knowledgeable on all things Smokies related, and was so outgoing and fun to talk to. We had such an amazing time on the tour we decided to extend our stay in Gatlinburg/PF another day to explore more of the park!

Tour was very interesting with a discussion on how the red sandstone was formed, the types of plants, birds and animals we might see. Our tour guide, Halle Bloom had a passion for what she was doing and was able to pass that level of excitement on to her passengers. I.e. seeing the Agave plant growing their flower spike which often takes 30 to 40 years and only blooms once in its lifetime. Discussion on how the red sandstone was formed. How to walk on the sandstone safely to prevent ankle injuries. She educated herself about each of her passengers and remembered their names to make this a more personal tour than we have had before.

We had a fabulous time. Michelle was the best guide and we learned so much. I also appreciated how the groups were split up- I don't know if this was on purpose, but ours was 3 couples so we all got along well. It would have been fine to be with a family with little kids but it was nice to be with a group of our 'peers' if that makes sense.

This off-road jeep tour through Red Rock Canyon was easily one of the best parts of my trip. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — endless red rock formations, desert landscapes, and wide open skies — but what really made the experience unforgettable was our guide, Keagan. From the moment we got started, you could tell Kegan genuinely loves what he does. He was so friendly, easygoing, and full of interesting stories about the area — from geology and history to the local plants and animals. It felt less like a “tour” and more like exploring with a really knowledgeable friend. He made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun, and his passion for the canyon was contagious. The jeep ride itself was a blast — bumpy in the best way — and we got to see places you’d never reach on your own. There were plenty of stops to hop out, take photos, and just soak it all in. If you’re even thinking about visiting Red Rock Canyon, don’t miss this tour. And if you’re lucky enough to get the guide we had, you’re in for something really special.

The staff at Palms Place and Palms Casino's main entrance were unaware of the pickup location, and there were no signs. They actually directed me to the wrong place. Consequently, I was unsure where to wait, and the guide had difficulty finding me for a while.

I explained earlier- speakers are a must in the BACK part of the jeep. We could not hear over the tires and wind. No fault of the guide at all!! He tried- he could only turn it up as loud as possible before it started the high pitch sound.

The tour was phenomenal! Edward was an exceptional tour guide. He was first extremely kind and considerate through all of his actions in making sure we were safe, careful, and clean. Edward was knowledgeable about the state of Nevada and history of Las Vegas, and it was fascinating to learn about it. The sites we are amazing to see and Edward made sure to take us to exclusive areas to understand the rich culture of the Mojave desert. Overall, I am so blessed to have had Edward as our tour guide. He deserves amazing recognition for his great work with Jeep Tours.

It was so much fun! I’d never heard of this before looking on the visit Branson website, followed to here and knew I had to book. I didn’t realize how off road it was going to be, but had so much fun. I’m already wanting to come back and do a different one of the tours, as well as looking into going in either Sedona or the Grand Canyon in the next few years!

This was my second time going to the south rim of the canyon .The views are amazing.Also love the tour guides know the best photo op areas.Enjoyed listening to the history of the region.You have enough time to get great pictures and shop at the gift store for things made by local artissans.

10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Branson! Michael made sure we had a great experience. We learned a lot of new information. The tour was wonderful. The Dam was very interesting to see and learn about, and fire valley was so scenic. What really made our experience special was Don. He’s honestly the best tour guide we’ve ever had. The knowledge, information, facts and stories he told just made the trip jump from 10 to 100 for us. We left the tour feeling amazing and like we’d honestly had the best time. We honestly can’t thank him enough for how special he made the day feel and his attention to detail and the effort and energy he put into the tour. You can tell he loves his job and it really shows. My husband tends to wander off taking pictures and he was patient but firm that we had a schedule to keep to see everything he had planned. We also took the Broken Arrow tour in Sedona this same week - it was a great experience as well. Pink Jeep has done the job behind the scenes to orchestrate a great experience for all.

Reggie made the tour. It was dusty of course being it was off road but he prepared us for that. He is very knowledgeable which added to the experience. On our tour we saw mule deer, pronghorn and a lot of elk and Reggie gets as excited at seeing them as we did that shows he loves what he does. We will be back because of Reggie

It was fantastic!! It was better than I had imagined. Toby was great with my Dad who has some difficulties walking and getting into and out of the Jeep. Helped him get in and out then made extra effort and stops so he could see from the Jeep. The info that we learned helped us decide to come back the next day and explore on our own. So thankful and happy we booked a tour with you!
