GRAND CANYON VISITOR CENTER

The Grand Canyon Visitor Center is the hub for Pink Jeep® Tours Grand Canyon!  All of our tours depart from this location and many convenience items are available for your convenience: public restrooms, cafe, and a gift shop.

• Free parking is available at the Visitor Center.
• The Visitor Center is handicapped accessible.
• Service animals are permitted in the Visitor Center. Pets are not allowed.
• The Explorers Cafe offers Pizza Hut pizza, asian rice bowls, fresh deli-style sandwiches, soup, salad, beverages and more.
• The Visitor Center's store offers a selection of Native American arts and crafts and great souvenirs. Pink Jeep Tours merchandise is also available for purchase.

TO ENJOY YOUR TOUR

• Sunscreen and hats are recommended
• Weather can change quickly at the Grand Canyon. Be prepared with warm layer options
• Bring bottled water. Bottled water is available to purchase at the National Geographic Store or refill your personal bottle at fill stations located throughout the Grand Canyon Park
• While out of the tour vehicle, please watch your step and feel free to ask your guide for assistance. You are responsible for your safety on public land
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and outdoor clothing
• For your safety, no food or glass containers on tour

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All Jeep tours are conducted on National Park paved roads.
• Open year-round 7 days a week. Closed on Christmas Day.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children must be 7 years old for Hermits Rest tours and 2 years old for all other tours.
• Child rates apply for those 2 to 15 years old.
• Car seats are provided by Pink Jeep Tours for children 2 to 4 years old.
• Tour size minimum is 2 passengers.
• Tax and gratuity are not included. Recommended guide gratuity is 15%.
• Tour availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any tour due to weather, unsafe conditions or National Park Service request.
• Cancellation policy: 100% charge for less than 48-hour notice; full refund given if Pink Jeep Tours cancels a tour

Las Vegas Tour Tips

PICK-UP INFORMATION

All of our tours include a free hotel pick-up at most Las Vegas area hotels.  We are required by these properties to pick up at a specific location within that hotel.  This will be listed in your email confirmation.  Please see your hotel Concierge for detailed instructions to the designated pick-up area for your hotel.

TO ENJOY YOUR TOUR

• Sunscreen and hats are recommended.
• Bottled water is provided on all of our tours.
• While out of the tour vehicle, please watch your step and feel free to ask your guide for assistance. You are responsible for your safety on public land.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and outdoor clothing.
• For your safety, no food or glass containers are allowed on tour.
• Layered clothing recommended during winter months or for our Grand Canyon Tours.

• Free hotel pick-up and drop-off at most hotel locations.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Minimum age for children on Jeep tours is 2 years old. Minimum age for children for tours longer than 4 hours is 3 years old.
• Car seats are provided by Pink Jeep Tours for children under 60 lbs from 2 to 5 years old.
• Tour size minimum is 2 passengers.
• Tax and gratuity are not included. Recommended guide gratuity is 15%.
• Off-road tours not recommended for pregnant women, persons with back or neck problems, or persons with serious injuries.
• Tour availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any tour due to weather, unsafe conditions or National Park Service request.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour date.  No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of tour date.
• For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow firearms or weapons of any kind, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drones, glass containers, alcohol, coolers, professional video equipment, illegal substances or cremated remains on our tours.
• Collapsible, non-motorized wheelchairs accepted when accompanied by an adult except on all aviation or marine tour products or on our open-air Jeep Wranglers.

Smoky Mountains Tour Tips

TO ENJOY YOUR TOUR

• Sunscreen and hats are recommended.
• Bring bottled water. Our Jeeps carry water to replenish your bottles when the vehicle is stopped.
• While out of the tour vehicle, please watch your step and feel free to ask your guide for assistance. You are responsible for your safety on public land.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and outdoor clothing.
• For your safety, no food or glass containers are allowed on tour.
• People who wear contacts may want to wear sunglasses or switch to eyeglasses.
• Layered clothing is recommended. Temperatures often become cooler as you travel into the Smoky Mountains.
