The Hoover Dam stands as a tribute to US ingenuity and engineering during a time of adversity and hardship. On the Hoover Dam Classic Guided Tour, you’ll gain an insider's look at this National Civil Engineering Landmark.
Your Certified Interpretive Guide will pick you up at your hotel in a custom Pink Adventure Tour Trekker vehicle, designed to provide comfort and unobstructed views. You’ll see Lake Mead, the country’s largest man-made reservoir, and historic Boulder City, built to house dam workers.
The Hoover Dam is the shining gem of our tour; standing over 700 feet tall, it has the capacity to irrigate two million acres and provides power to southern California, Nevada and Arizona. Built over 4 years during the Great Depression, its creation provided thousands of jobs.
Your first stop features exhibits and presentations at the Hoover Dam Visitor Center. You’ll also tour the Power Plant while exploring passageways within the dam.
Your Tour Trekker will then take you to the Arizona side of the dam, where you’ll see a spillway so large a World War II battleship could float through it; each spillway can handle the flow of Niagara Falls. The Hoover Dam is a National Historic Landmark, and has been a filming location for Hollywood hits like “Superman” (1978, Warner Bros.), “Viva La Vegas” (1964, MGM) and “Transformers” (2007, DreamWorks).
Then, you can even walk along the dam itself.
Whether you enjoy our Hoover Dam Classic Guided Tour in the morning or afternoon, you’ll never forget a visit to this engineering marvel. Our luxurious transportation and knowledgeable guides make this a trip custom-made for photo ops and lasting memories.

The tour was well organized and very informative.
It was fantastic!
Very good value, Guide (John) was fantastic at his job.
great tour, great guide, and great information. Pink Jeep made the trip easy and fun
I was so impressed with the small size of the tour group, professionalism of the guide and comfy seats. Our amazing guide Carol took us the the welcome to Las Vegas sign that wasn’t on the route. All of us on the truck were so happy as otherwise I might not of visited it. She even volunteered to help take pictures along the entire trip and took us to some prime spots for amazing pictures. Also she was a wealth of knowledge about local places to see along our trip! I 100% plan to book a tour with Pink Jeep next year to see the Grand Canyon, hopefully with Carol!

Great team. Caring, knowledge guides. Clean multipurpose Jeep like tour vehicles. Plenty of tour options.
Again I thought this was a wonderful tour. From start to finish the tour was on time with pick up and it just seemed just get better. I wish all the tours I have been on was this organized and entertaining. The tour was great but the best part of the trip was Ken. He was a wealth of knowledge, friendly, and very entertaining. He made the tour / trip an adventure we wont forget. Thank you Pink Jeep and Ken Adkins.
it was excellent.
It was great I think I saw and did things I would not have if it was your tour. Driving to different locations and parking locations was no confusion.
It told us by " tour pick up was" lack of signage from TI not so much the tour. Bob was waiting and easy to confirm we were in the right place :)
