The Southwest is famous for its vivid sunset skies, but the Grand Canyon adds even more magic to the moment. This tour includes the same stops as the Grand Entrance Tour, but with the addition of a special twilight experience.
Enjoy the ride in our custom, heated Pink® Jeep®. Your Certified Interpretive Guide knows just where to take you for an introduction to this national landmark. See the gorgeous views along the rim, feel the breeze, hear the birds and smell the pines on your journey to scenic viewpoints. Your guide is a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the canyon, from geology and botany to infamous myths and legends.
Stop at Grandview Point to see an area that was once mined for copper, but eventually gave way to a new industry: tourism. Grandview was the first area to welcome visitors in the late 1800s and even had a luxurious hotel, but no trace of it remains today. Your guide can shed more light on the history of this tranquil, tree-lined locale. Your tour features two more stops along the south rim, which can vary depending on conditions.
Finally, the sun slips below the horizon and the desert is set ablaze with fiery hues. The scene changes every second, so keep your camera ready. The sun’s rays bounce off the rocks to reveal unseen details. Shadows descend to reveal stark visual contrasts. Linger awhile, and after dark, the stars sparkle much bigger and brighter than they appear in populated areas.
Your tour of the Grand Canyon includes park admission fees and tickets to see the IMAX movie, Grand Canyon: The Hidden Secrets. This timeless film shares captivating history lessons on a six-story screen, complete with in-depth looks at the area’s native tribes, explorers and places that few have seen.
IMAX Movie is viewed either before or after your Jeep tour, your choice. Showtimes are hourly at half-past the hour. Grand Canyon National Park re-entry requires the purchase of a park pass.

Brad was a fantastic guide. Fun conversation and interesting details about the canyon were pointed out that I never would have noticed myself
Halle was great!
It was everything I hoped it would be. I had never been to the Grand Canyon, and was overwhelmed by the idea of exploring it on my own. Not only did I get to visit three sites during sunset, but we had a personable and engaging tour guide who made the experience a lot of fun!
Tour guide was informative and good, but sunset tour felt rushed. Also, ad was misleading in that it said it included entrance fee to park. We drove to the park earlier in the day prior to our sunset tour and had to pay entrance fee at park! I thought that I could show my pink jeep confirmation to the park official at the gate and my fee had already been paid!! Not the case! Your entrance fee is only paid at the time of the tour!! I understand that now, but to a newcomer/traveler to the area, the ad is very misleading and needs to be clarified!
guides were friendly and knowledgeable
There was nothing on that said you do not pick up from the hotel in the park and I missed the whole I MAX deal it should be upfront so guests are aware of it
It was fantastic!! Loved seeing the sunset. Jason made the tour. Taking lots of photos for us. He really is an asset to your company!
