Enjoy scenic views as you ride in a Jeep® on a Grand Canyon South Rim Tour. Stop at Yavapai Point for your first amazing view of the Grand Canyon. See rocks eroded away to reveal layers created by eons of sediment. From the overlook, you’ll notice Phantom Ranch and Bright Angel trails. Your certified tour guide, who is also a Wilderness First Responder, will tell you the history of the Canyon.
Grab a photo op at Grand Canyon Village. This historic district was once a stop for stagecoaches and remains a busy hub today. The village is home to El Tovar and Hopi House, both opened in 1905. Extraordinary views surround you as you stand where pioneers walked centuries ago.
Continue your South Rim Jeep® tour to Hermits Rest with scenic views at every turn. The area has fewer crowds due to limited access Mar. - Nov.
Next you'll enjoy a Grand Canyon hiking tour at Hermit Trail. Your guide will lead you down the trail for a fun hike below the rim on a rocky, unmaintained path to view the wonders below. You'll see fossil beds and learn about the Grand Canyon’s geology. The hike is 1 mile roundtrip with steep decline and inclines.
Price includes Grand Canyon National Park admission fees and free tickets to the IMAX movie Grand Canyon: The Hidden Secrets.
IMAX Movie is viewed either before or after your Jeep tour, your choice. Show times are hourly at half-past the hour. Grand Canyon National Park re-entry requires the purchase of a park pass.

This tour was fantastic! Abel was a great tour guide. He answered every question we threw at him. He told some great stories about the history and the geology of the Grand Canyon. He really inspired us to come back in the future and explore so much more!! The hike was not too difficult and Abel was very in tune with our skill level so he could gauge the distance and terrain we could handle. Not only was he great on the tour but he was able to provide an amazing dinner recommendation for Flagstaff after our day at the canyon! I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a little hike with amazing views and great storytelling!
Our tour was splendid. We enjoyed every minute of it. The views were spectacular. Out guide was full of knowledge and very entertaining. Everything was perfect.
It was fun! William was kind and knowledgeable even though my kiddo is in the “I’ll ask you 50 questions/minute” phase and I liked that we got in and out of the Jeep. We didn’t have to wait in lines and I honestly wouldn’t have hiked without a guide, which was probably my favorite part of the tour.

We loved Andrews pictures and examples and games that helped us understand the things he was telling us about the Grand Canyon We thought the tour lasted the perfect amount of time and that we got to see and do a variety of things
Chris was an excellent guide and made the tour very enjoyable for us.

It was great. The tour guide was very articulate and exceptionally knowledgeable about the canyon. As I said, it was the best part of our Grand Canyon trip.
It was amazing!
Great. Enjoyable educational and entertaining.
Great views of the canyon, going where the general public doesn’t typically get to, our guide- Chris Myers - was wonderfully engaging and knowledgeable.
