As a guide, you provide fun and informative tours. It’s a very rewarding and exciting job where the great outdoors is your office and you welcome guests from all over the globe!
We typically recruit for Tour Guides once a year. We begin in November with job advertising, and review and interview candidates through December. Our new Tour Guides typically start in mid–January. This is a position focused on customer service and selling FUN! Customer Service Representatives will sell various tour options with walk-in customers while maintaining a high degree of fun, integrity and professionalism. CSR’s are responsible for selling tours, checking in customers, processing payments, and directing customers to the passenger pickup area. The CSR works closely with the Guide and Service Center teams to ensure a great tour experience and to address any issues that arise.
Come work for a Company that sells FUN! This fast paced, fun environment will include sales, customer service and inventory maintenance. Some creativity and apparel experience is a plus. Preferred candidate will be friendly with a great work ethic and have retail sales, computerized register, basic inventory understanding, and multi-tasking experience. General computer skills including Word and Excel required.

Tour Guide position in a dynamic tourist environment focused on customer satisfaction. A guide provides a fun, informative tour. They provide for the comfort and safety of the customer while delivering information on natural and cultural resources in a meaningful way. They are safety minded, inspecting and operating their Jeeps on the highways and Forest Service roads in compliance with all Laws, Regulations, and Company Policies and Procedures.

Looking for a new adventure? Join Pink Jeep Tours at the Grand Canyon! We are looking for fun and friendly people to promote and sell tours to walk-in customers, coordinate tour logistics, and support the day-to-day operations.
We are hiring for seasonal positions for the Spring and Summer. Positions start in February and April and last up to 6 months. Opportunities to stay on longer or year-round may also be available.
Company housing is available on a PT or FT basis. Round trip commuter van transportation is also available for people living along route between Flagstaff and Tusayan.

Interested in becoming a Tour Guide with us?
As a Guide you ensure the safety and comfort of the guest while delivering educational information about flora, fauna and cultural resources. We typically only recruit for guides once a year. The recruitment process starts with a phone interview followed by one or several in-person interviews. All candidates must pass all the pre-employment requirements which include: a physical, drug screen and you must also present a clean driver’s record from the DMV. Due to the safety sensitive position as a driver, we are not able to accept applications from registered medical marijuana card holders, and for insurance purposes all applicants must be at least 25 years old.
As a newly hired guide you start with 5-6 weeks of training. Our training modules are interactive and the training period is very intense. You will partake in traditional classroom time, field time, driver training including SMITH driving principles, and practice time behind the wheel. If you are not already First Aid/ CPR certified we will make sure you get that certification as well!
