As a guide, you provide fun and informative tours. It’s a very rewarding and exciting job where the great outdoors is your office and you welcome guests from all over the globe!
We typically recruit for Tour Guides once a year. We begin in November with job advertising, and review and interview candidates through December. Our new Tour Guides typically start in mid–January. Pink Jeep Tours is looking for dynamic, fun, safety-minded and self-motivated individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills to conduct tours in the Smoky Mountains. Our Tour Guides bring the experience to life by providing a fun and informative tour with a focus on customer comfort and safety, while delivering information on natural and historical resources in a meaningful way. Our Guides are safety-minded: inspecting and operating the vehicles on the highways and park service roads in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company procedures. Part-time, full-time and seasonal positions available.
Paid training starts soon and lasts approximately 3 weeks.

The Fleet Administrator is a key support position for the Fleet Department. The primary role is to manage the parts inventory to support fleet repairs. This is achieved by communicating effectively with Guides, Operations and Service Center staff.

Pink Jeep Tours is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Uptown Sedona location. In this fun, fast paced environment, you will assist customers from all over the world with reservation check-in, payment processing, and education and selling of our product offerings. This position requires excellent customer service, sales, and tour and vehicle scheduling abilities. We are seeking professional, outgoing, helpful, and friendly candidates, with great people skills; Must be comfortable in a soft sales environment; and have proficient computer and data entry skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
*At least one Weekend Day
*A variety of shifts between 6am and 9pm
