PINK® Jeep Tours Offers NEW Routes in the Great Smoky Mountains to Highlight Fall Beauty

PIGEON FORGE, TN (Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019) — For the first time this Fall, visitors drawn to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park by the spectacular leaf colors will see PINK. PINK® Jeep® Tours is celebrating its inaugural autumn in the Smoky Mountains by expanding its tour line-up.

Leaf-peepers can now experience the season’s breathtaking beauty during six different relaxing, guided tours in open-air, iconic PINK® Jeeps. The two new routes promise some of the most magnificent autumn vistas in the country, including exclusive opportunities to view the United States’ most popular national park and surrounding mountains like never before.

“The best way to see the leaves change from green to yellow and red this Fall is from a PINK Jeep,” Matt Auberle, PINK® Jeep® Tours General Manager, explained. “Whether you’re looking for a thrill or a fully-paved, stress-free escape from driving, our guides will help you connect with nature and take memories home that will shine as warmly as the fall colors themselves.”

For one of the new tours, PINK® Jeep® Tours is teaming up with the Gatlinburg SkyBridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America. The SkyBridge quite literally crosses the sky as it stretches 680 feet across a deep valley in a single span. It has the thrills and views—and Pink Jeep Tours has the stories to tell. This exclusive tour is the only way to get direct VIP access at the top – plus a fully-narrated guided tour of SkyBridge, with stories of the Great Smoky Mountains, while enjoying expansive one-of-a-kind views.

“First, you can look past your own feet through glass panels 14 stories above the ground,” Auberle shared. “Then your PINK® Jeep® Tours guide brings you back to Pigeon Forge to experience our fun 4x4 trail on private land. This off-roading experience gives you a taste of what our awesome PINK® Jeeps can do with an expertly-trained driver behind the wheel.”

For equally awe-inspiring panoramic views but on all-paved roads, the new “Valley n Views” tour will take visitors on the recently completed Foothills Parkway, touted by many as “the prettiest drive in America”. With a PINK® Jeep Certified Interpretive Guide (CIG) at the wheel, just sit back and focus completely on the scenery ahead, including the Smoky Mountains’ highest points. The scenic stops along the river as well as overlooks, make this a spectacular photo tour – especially this Fall. Share treasured time together while PINK® Jeep® local experts share about the flora and fauna of the Great Smoky Mountains; this is the story of how America’s most visited National Park got its name.

PINK® Jeep® Tours expanded to the Smoky Mountains just six months ago, though it has been sharing memorable experiences with millions of tourists in Sedona, Arizona; Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon National Park since 1960, for more than half a century.

Completely customized PINK® Jeep® Wranglers offer intimate experiences and up-close encounters with the beauty of the mountains – now in their finest fall colors. All excursions leave from the PINK® Jeep® Tours local headquarters at 3152 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
