Great Vegas Festival of Beer

Over 100 breweries create unique flavors to the tune of 500 beer options for the malt or barley connoisseur. This two-day event combines fine dishes and craft flavors to create a unique dining experience for guests. The first day is the Mad Craft Experience, and it runs from seven to ten in the evening. The second day is the Great Vegas Grand Tasting where all the varieties are on tap and ready to taste at the corner of Symphony Park Ave and Grand Central Parkway. The festivities on the second day begin at three in the afternoon and last until seven in the evening. VIP guests can enter as early as two in the afternoon.

Uncork’d

Each year the Who's Who of the culinary world assemble in Sin City for the Vegas Uncork'd event. Magazine greats like Bon Appetit cover the gathering that hosts over 80 top chefs and 25 events that last for four delicious days. Whether guests get to see a Fashion Feast or Grand Tasting like in years past, the festival is sure to be the talk of the food world every spring. Guests can expect to see greats like Wolfgang Puck serving up delicacies at this event, too.

Carnival of Cuisine

Another popular event near the strip is the Carnival of Cuisine. It is held at the Venetian and the Palazzo casinos each spring. Vegas visitors sightseeing near here have the opportunity to enjoy luscious treats like Tiramisu and Mozzarella Sticks while visiting the town. This attraction is a top local event because of celebrity chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck. The Carnival gives visitors time to mingle with the crowd and try amazing dishes while filling a food passport at each booth. Attractions like the Carnival of Cuisine entice visitors to enjoy the sites and food by famous chefs.

Carnival guests agree that one of the best things to do in town is to visit the Las Vegas Speedway at the end of May and beginning of June each year. The Electric Daisy Carnival is a wild event with guests wearing everything from tutus to Lady Liberty costumes. Electric dance enthusiasts and artists from all over the world gather in Sin City to belt out tunes while tripping to the light shows. Previous guests say to wear the craziest thing in the closet and be ready to have the experience of a lifetime. Attendance reaches more than 300,000 over the event weekend.

Emerge Music and Impact Conference 

This event is new to the city. The April festival showcases some of the most popular up and coming artists like Cupcakke, Dylan Gardner, and Jill Sobule. Speakers like the Apple Sisters and Sir the Baptist are other favorites that gave inspirational talks at the first annual event. The 2019 lineup is already in progress with new cultural skits and motivational speeches headling alongside musical favorites and emerging artists that want to make a name for themselves. The first Emerge Music and Impact Conference was huge and next year is poised to be a top three-day event with even more inspirational conversations and music. 


iHeart Radio Music Festival

This year is the seventh annual iHeart Radio Musical Festival in Las Vegas offering rock lovers a chance to see some of the top artists in the industry. Tens of thousands of music fans descend on the T-Mobile Arena each September for two days of rock and roll bliss from singers like Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys, Hootie & the Blowfish and more. Visitors can watch new artists in the Las Vegas Village, while top artists perform on the main stage.

Epicurean Affair

Every May, some of the best chefs in Vegas descend on the Palazzo in the hopes of catching a word with a famous chef and a night of tasty morsels from all over the city. More than 80 restaurants and nightclubs join the festivities and bring the tastiest dishes they can create. The proceeds from the evening go to the Nevada Restaurant Association for scholarships and educational opportunities for promising culinary students in the local school district. Guests must be over the age of 21 to participate in the festivities. Cabanas are available for reservations at the Epiucrean Affair event. 


The Rise Lantern Festival

This unique event brings together music lovers and peace freaks from all over the country and the world. Folks gather to listen to the tunes and write messages on 100 percent biodegradable lanterns. When the sun sets, everyone gathers to launch the lanterns at the same time filling the sky with beautiful luminaries and wishes for peace, hope, love, and joy. The Rise Lantern Festival believes in hosting a responsible event, making sure that 100 percent of the trash and debris including the lanterns are collected at the end of the party. The 2019 festival will take place in October on the Jean Dry Lake bed located in the Mojave Desert, about 25 miles south of Las Vegas.
